My journey in Executive Search began in 2010 when I joined an international executive search company. As my career progressed, I took on additional responsibilities, actively contributing to team development through onboarding new colleagues and acting as a project manager by ensuring the seamless execution of search assignments. I later had the unique opportunity to be a part of a team dedicated to hiring top talent for Apple in a few dedicated regions. Afterwards, I moved on to support the onboarding of our German team and help execute a number of projects in the DACH region.
Now, at Key Search I am working with a number of great start-ups and scale-ups from Europe and helping them hire the best talent. I do my best to help identify and hire exceptional leadership talent who can drive growth and innovation for these great organisations.
