Before joining Key Search, Darek founded several successful digital ventures, including an audiobook publishing platform, a data exchange marketplace, and a suite of chart-topping mobile apps with over 2 million users combined.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in helping companies like N26, Shopify, GetYourGuide, Preply, Quandoo, Zenjob, CommScope, and Doctolib during their executive talent searches, leveraging his strong foundation in the tech industry.
