She is passionate about anything new in technology, leadership in teal organizations, diversity and board governance.

Franziska began her career in HR and Recruitment more than a decade ago in Germany, eventually specializing in Executive Search and the Digital Economy. Originally from Germany, she has previously lived and worked in Belgium, France, Germany, Monaco, and Switzerland.

Franziska holds a Master in Human Resources Management at SKEMA Business School as well as a Bachelor’s in International Business.
