She specializes in executive search mandates for start-ups, family businesses and medium-sized companies. Leonie has a global network in the areas of finance, IT, sales & marketing and HR and a deep insight into organizational structures and the individual needs of human resources. Prior to her career in recruiting, she worked in international sales and was responsible for the worldwide sales partner acquisition for a German production company.
