Pawel is an Executive Search Consultant with more than 13 years of experience in recruitment services for international and local companies covering multiple business sectors. He is specialized in conducting search activities and recruitment advisory of management and top executive roles.
Prior to joining Key Search, Pawel worked at top-notch global executive search brands and recognizable local boutiques. He was responsible for 360-degree recruitment processes both as a Consultant and Research Associate. Working in an international environment, he obtained experience in global searches covering EMEA and world scale. Business sectors: Life Sciences (hardware & software), Private Equity, Consumer, Retail, Digital, Fintech and e-commerce.
Graduated from Warsaw School of Social Psychology and Warsaw School of Economics. Pawel speaks native Polish and fluent English.
